Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:


Sales Executive is responsible to assist in plan, direct, or coordinate the actual distribution or movement of a product or service to the customer. Coordinate and execute sales activity by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals. Establish good rapport and relationship with clients, analyse sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of clients.

KNOWLEDGE:



Principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. Principles and processes for providing customer and professional services. The structure and content of the Bahasa Malaysia and English language. Business and management principles. Arithmetic.

SKILLS:



Plan the actual distribution or movement of a product or service to the customer. Assist in coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals. Analyse sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements Planning, organising, executing and delegating. Monitor the preferences of customers. Social media sales platform.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



Identify and engage with government agencies responsible for managing healthcare claims for their beneficiaries. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government hospital administrators, doctors, and nurses. Conduct regular visits to government hospitals to pitch our service benefits to healthcare professionals and address any concerns. Build and sustain long-term relationships with doctors, nurses, and hospital management to ensure continued engagement and referrals. Act as a liaison between the company and healthcare professionals, resolving issues related to claims, approvals, and patient services. Responsible for answering the telephone and dealing with the calls appropriately. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Assist with the sales process by maintaining a partial supply schedule. Ensuring the application received is complete. Liaising with corresponding party to get the related document if needed. Manage the storing of all documentation relating to application. Liaising with purchaser / sales representative to get cost price. Facilitate the payor complete application for GL approval. Provide 3 quotation and complete application. Maintained good repo for current client. Coordinate medicines supply with TP Pharmacy and Teraju Pharma. Monitoring application status (Waiting for approval, Approval, payment). Liaising with customers, as well as internal personnel including the sales team. Preparing statements and related reports for the company. Chasing approval for application by telephone and email. Ensure follow up delinquent outstanding approval with payor. Managing the "Manual Master" Listing. Facilitate complete application for payment process. Provide complete application together with DO and invoices. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by onboarding government agencies and increasing hospital engagement. Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends. To coordinate schedule for cleaner to come office. To facilitate account complete document for utilities payment.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENT



Possess

minimum Degree in Science

or

any relevant field.

At least 1-2 years of relevant experience (Fresh Grad with interest in Sales is encourage) Client-centric with strong ethical standards Commercially driven yet service-oriented Detail-focused and accountable Collaborative and respectful across departments Professional, trustworthy, and solutions-focused Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Able to start immediately

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
