Job Description

Key Tasks

? Assist the sales team and director with end customer daily sales ac?vity.

? Primarily supports the sales team by handling administra?ve tasks, managing customer orders,

and providing customer service.

? A?end to sales review, follow up Supply & Service Contract and sales development opportuni?es

/ monitoring of ac?ons.

? Demonstra?ng the product and value proposi?on.

? First line pre/post-sales support for new sales opportuni?es and assist in new sales lead.

? Produc?on of quotes and proposals.

? Assist with the produc?on of marke?ng materials and literature, such as web content,

brochures, blog posts and press releases if any.

? Write and proofread marke?ng copy.

? Upload material to the website, social media pages, online sales portal(s).

? Assis?ng other areas of the business such as pre-sales or a?end to walk-in customers.

? Prepare Schedule for daily service job.

? Prepare Service Delivery Order (SDO), Demo Installa?on Form, Sales Order (Proforma Invoice).

? Ensure customer availability for services and manage site visit appointment.

? Prepare, call, follow up and monitor on aging accounts receivables for payment or clearance,

sales support tools, customer's promo?on compliance and on product availability.

? Upda?ng the Company CRM with all ac?vi?es.

Key skills

? Strong verbal and wri?en interpersonal skills to communicate with clients.

? Ability to learn and understand about so?ware, specifically in the business intelligence, print and

process management markets.

? Able to build rela?onships with a wide variety of people.

? Communica?on, organiza?onal, and ?me management skills.

? Administra?ve experience.

? Personable manner, team-player and adaptability are all important.

? Excellent wri?en and oral skills: you will be called upon to write online content, so you will need

strong copywri?ng skills. You will also have to regularly deal with clients and suppliers, face to

face or on the phone.

? A?en?on to detail - required for proof-reading posts, news releases, website content and

emails

? IT skills: You will need proficiency in MS Office packages include power point and, ideally, in

graphic tools such as Adobe, Publisher and video edi?ng so?ware.

? Organiza?onal skills: you will be working on mul?ple projects, and need to meet deadlines and

maintain a high level of accuracy.

? Willingness to learn new sales techniques and crea?ve marke?ng skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
