ResponsibilitiesJob descriptionSales Executive is an overlay role and will identify, sell and maintain sales relationships within customers. Being in sales environment, you are responsible to build relationships with prospects and/or existing customers. The team need to have strong customer communication skills to manage customer expectations.

• Recognise the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the technical specifications of the product
• Investigate new items and make recommendations for purchasing products
• Check inventory to ensure orders are in stock
• Take order over the phone and in person
• Advise customers on technical matters and recommends appropriate usage of the product
• Provide technical support after merchandise is purchased
• Construct sales pitches and presentations
• Serve as a customer service rep for customers who have questions or difficulties and advise on appropriate user training
• Create and achieve a sales pipeline to achieve the target set by the Management.
• Achieve sales target
