Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Strategy:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet individual and team sales targets.

Lead Generation:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and outreach activities.

Client Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing excellent service and tailored solutions.

Product Knowledge:

Demonstrate a deep understanding of the company's products/services to educate and guide customers in their purchasing decisions.

Sales Presentations:

Conduct engaging and informative presentations to prospective clients, addressing their needs and providing solutions.

Negotiation & Closing:

Lead negotiations, close deals, and finalize sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Sales Reporting:

Track and report on sales activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM software. Provide regular updates to management.

Market Research:

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and post-sale support.

Customer Feedback:

Gather customer feedback to improve products and services and address concerns promptly.

Administration:

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales documentation.

Qualifications:



Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar sales role. Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Skills:



Experience in cosmetic, food and beverages and retail trade industry. Knowledge of digital sales tools and strategies.
