The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting logistics services, and maintaining excellent relationships with customers to achieve sales targets. This role focuses on identifying client needs, offering tailored logistics solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, and transportation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and service solutions to customers.
Negotiate rates, service agreements, and payment terms in line with company policies.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Collaborate with operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and updates in CRM or sales tracking systems.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote company services.
Provide regular feedback to management regarding customer requirements, market conditions, and potential improvements.
