Key Responsibilities:
Promote the company's existing brands and support the introduction of new products into the market.
Analyze budgets, prepare annual budget plans, schedule expenditures, and ensure the sales team meets assigned targets and goals.
Conduct market research and develop marketing plans by understanding customer requirements, identifying market trends, and recommending system improvements to support marketing objectives.
Gather, analyze, and summarize market data and trends to prepare accurate and insightful reports.
Implement new marketing and sales strategies in alignment with company objectives.
Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and manage the marketing and sales teams to achieve human resource goals.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients by conducting regular visits, understanding their needs, and identifying new marketing opportunities.
Stay up to date with industry developments by attending trainings, conferences, and workshops, reading relevant publications, and maintaining both personal and professional networks.
Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including performance monitoring and forecasting to better understand and respond to market demands.
Take full responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Make strategic and calculated decisions to improve profitability and strengthen brand recognition.
Lead by example and set a high standard of professionalism and performance.
Build and strengthen client relationships and strategic partnerships that bring long-term value to the company.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the management or immediate superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field. However, candidates with strong sales experience may also be considered.
Must possess own transportation and a valid driving license.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in marketing and/or sales roles; experience in lighting industries will be an added advantage.
Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and successfully managing sales or marketing teams.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with effective problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Willing to travel as required by job responsibilities.
