Position : Sales Executive

Salary Range : RM 3,500.00 - RM 6,500.00

(a) Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities.

(b) Research and analyze sales options.

(c) Acquisition of new customers, including create listings, attend to inquiries and bring prospects for viewings.

(d) Support in house sales and operation.

(e) Make cold call to reach out client.

(f) Make arrangement with supplier for furniture and renovation installation.

(g) Monitor on-site construction progress and update the Director.

(h) Meet client needs by proposing suitable project or renovation package to close sales.

(i) Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job.

(j) Build and maintain professional networks.

(k) Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.

(l) Meet with potential clients to determine their needs.

(m) Attend to customer service and after sales support.

(n) such other scope as may be determined by the Employer from time to time.

Job Requirements

SPM / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing/Communications or any related field.

At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required language(s): English and Mandarin

Candidates

fluent in Mandarin

is added advantage as role requires candidate

Experience with all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook and etc..)

Independent, self-motivated and good critical thinking skills.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
