Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly individual sales targets set by the company. Identify and pursue opportunities to increase revenue by securing sales from new and existing clients. Ensure timely collections of payments from clients to maintain healthy cash flow. Coordinate market research initiatives to gather insights into customer and market trends. Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for the company. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Support the Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Manager in various tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a Manufacuring industry, ie: paint/ink/coating/adhesives Having a sales-driven/goal-oriented personality and motivated to drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and client engagement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes. Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
