About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic solar energy team. In this role, you will generate leads, conduct consultative sales, design custom solar solutions, and help homeowners transition to clean energy. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop your own sales leads through door-to-door canvassing, community events, networking, referrals, and follow-ups on company-provided leads. Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to assess energy needs and provide tailored solutions. Use our proprietary software to design solar systems and prepare accurate proposals and quotes. Guide clients through the decision-making process, overcome objections, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets. Maintain strong post-sale relationships, ensuring smooth handover to design and installation teams, and generating referrals. Stay updated on solar technology, financing options, incentives, and local utility policies. Manage your sales pipeline efficiently and prepare regular performance reports.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a Malaysia-based solar company, with strong knowledge of the local solar market Highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to succeed and earn uncapped income. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply. Personable, trustworthy, and able to quickly build rapport with diverse homeowners. Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage your own schedule independently. Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development. High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
