Sales Executive, Sumatera

Country Manager Indonesia

Role Purpose

This position is responsible to ensure the smooth functioning of the sales process, from lead generation to order processing and after-sales support. This position also has to manage customer databases, monitor inventory levels, facilitate customer inquiries and provide administrative support to the sales team.

Key Accountability * Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, managing customer databases, and maintaining sales records.

  • Collaborate with sales representatives to respond to customer inquiries, provide information on products and services, and facilitate the sales process.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is available to meet customer demand.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, from order processing through to delivery and after-sales support.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and provide insights to the sales team.
  • Attend sales meetings and provide recommendations for improvement based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals, providing administrative support as required.
Qualifications & Working Experience

Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support or administrative role.

Personality Traits * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Keen attention to detail, with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies in data.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with sales representatives and other departments to achieve sales targets.
