Self-generate new opportunities, by sales calls & sales enquiries to existing & new clients;
Prepare sales presentation / proposals that explain products specifications and system;
Follow up sales quotation, tender bid and major proposals according to client\'s requirement;
Maintain sales activity records, prepare monthly sales report and sales forecast for the following month;
Resolving customer\'s complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions & making recommendations;
Providing customer service to walk in customers / visitors ;
Focus on sales target with core responsibilities to enhance existing and new customer relationship to achieve monthly sales target;
Provide market feedback to the Management;
Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned.
