:
1. Identify and develop new sales opportunities by researching prospects and building strong pipelines.
2. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by management.
3. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, distributors and key stakeholders.
4. Visit retailers regularly to ensure product visibility and placement.
5. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies to provide insights and recommendations.
6. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, product launches and trade marketing activities
7. Manage territory sales operations, including route planning, sales calls and order follow-ups.
8. Provide accurate sales forecasts, territory reports and market intelligence to management.
9. Ensure timely collection of payments and monitor customer credit limits
10. Conduct product training and presentations for clients, retailers and healthcare professionals (for pharma)
11. Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events to promote company products.
12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical industry.
3. Strong knowledge of sales techniques, distribution channels and retail/pharmacy sales
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to analyze data, prepare reports and make strategic recommendations.
6. Proactive, target-driven, and capable of working under pressure.
7. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
8. Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
