Prepare
detailed quotations, invoices, and sales proposals
for clients.
Follow up on payments and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service to ensure satisfaction.
3. Site Visits & Project Coordination:
Travel to
construction sites, showrooms, and client locations
for product demonstrations and sales follow-ups.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and installation.
Conduct post-sale visits to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Language & Communication:
Fluent in
Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
(written & spoken) to engage with a diverse clientele.
Ability to negotiate and present professionally to B2B and B2C customers.
