POSITION - SALES EXECUTIVE

LOCATION - SUNGAI RASAH, KLANG

SALARY - RM 3000-5000

1. Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales. This experience should involve working with
customers, understanding their requirements, and managing sales processes.

2. Educational Background: Having a relevant educational background can be beneficial. Degrees or
Diplomas in Business, Marketing, Engineering and/or a related field can provide a solid foundation
for the role.

4. Sales Skills: Strong sales skills are crucial for a Sales Manager position. This includes the ability to
build relationships, negotiate deals, and close sales. Experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales
and knowledge of the plastic injection blow moulding industry would be advantageous.

5. Leadership and Management Abilities: As a sales manager, leadership and management skills are
essential. You should be able to lead a sales team, set targets, motivate individuals, and monitor
their performance. Additionally, having excellent communication and interpersonal skills is
important for collaborating with other departments and managing customer relationships.

6. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with plastic injection blow moulding processes, products, and
applications is beneficial. Understanding the technical aspects of the industry can help in effectively
communicating with customers and addressing their needs.

7. Results-Oriented Mindset: A sales manager should be driven by achieving sales targets and
generating revenue. Having a results-oriented mindset, being proactive, and having the ability to
identify opportunities for growth are important qualities.

8. Other benefits: Basic salary range from RM4000 to 5000/month. Benefits: Personal accident
insurance, monthly sales commissions based on sales achieved target, monthly RM50 attendance
allowance and RM300 medical entitlement per year.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
