Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and engaging manner. Understand customer needs and provide knowledgeable product recommendations. Assist with product selection, fitting (if applicable), and product information. Operate the cash register - handle payments, process refunds/exchanges, and issue receipts. Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, neatly displayed, and replenished as needed. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and cashier area. Handle customer complaints or queries efficiently and professionally. Support in stock-taking, price tagging, and inventory management tasks. Follow store procedures and uphold company policies and visual merchandising standards. Assist in opening and closing duties, including securing the store. For supervisor role, to supervise, lead and train a team of staffs to handle customer service, selling fashion jewelry and achieve good sales performance.
