Requirements
Diploma or Degree in any field.
Prior sales experience in
vegan / vegetarian / FMCG / F&B
industry preferred.
Proven sales performance (required for senior-level consideration).
Fluent in
Mandarin, English, and Malay
-- essential for engaging Mandarin-speaking clients.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in
Microsoft Excel
; experience with
SAP
is an advantage.
Willing to travel and perform regular field visits.
Fresh graduates passionate about sales and eager to learn are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and grow customer accounts within the
vegan and vegetarian food segment
, including grocery stores, and specialty retailers.
Build and maintain
strong relationships
with both new and existing customers, distributors, and shop owners -- especially within Mandarin-speaking communities.
Understand customer needs
and recommend suitable vegan and vegetarian products, pricing, and promotions.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
through effective territory management and customer engagement.
Conduct
market visits
to identify new business opportunities, track competitor activities, and provide market feedback to management.
Coordinate orders, invoicing, and deliveries
with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Follow up on
outstanding payments
to ensure timely collections.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts
, providing updates on market trends, customer feedback, and product performance.
Participate in
product sampling, roadshows, and customer engagement events
to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Perform any other sales-related duties as assigned by management.
