Sales Executive
- Basic Salary: RM 2,000 + RM 200 Allowance (after probation) + Incentive Bonus (when hitting targets)

Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Sales Executive to join our team at JM HQ (Tasek Gelugor). This position is primarily focused on sales activities with some involvement in marketing support.

Key Responsibilities
Sales (Main Focus):

Reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, referrals, and on-site visits Attend meetings, events, or exhibitions to promote products and meet clients Present and promote products/services clearly and professionally Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers Assist in negotiating deals and closing sales to meet company targets
Marketing (Support Role):

Help plan and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns Create content for social media, website, and marketing materials Assist in organizing marketing events such as exhibitions and roadshows Edit basic marketing videos for use on digital platforms Monitor campaign results and provide suggestions for improvement
Requirements

Diploma or equivalent in a related field (minimum qualification) No experience required -- fresh graduates are welcome to apply Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with people Strong communication skills with a positive and proactive attitude Willing to travel and adapt under pressure Familiarity with social media & basic video editing is an advantage What We Offer Basic Salary: RM 2,000 Allowance: RM 200 (after probation) Incentive Bonus for achieving sales targets EPF & SOCSO contributions Opportunities for continuous learning and career development
