Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Selling lubricant, addictive and specialty chemicals, and solvent

to a diverse range of industries

Identify and develop new customer accounts

while maintaining and nurturing existing relationships Build and cultivate strong

customer relationships

, providing excellent service and support

Promote and expand sales

of both new and established products in the market Prepare and execute

sales forecasts, marketing plans

, and reports, while monitoring market conditions and trends Take full responsibility for

payment collections

, ensuring prompt payment of due and overdue accounts Manage the entire

sales process

, ensuring the achievement of

sales targets

Prepare

quotations

and conduct timely follow-up with potential clients

Evaluate and enhance sales performance

, utilizing data to drive improvements and meet goals Perform other

ad hoc tasks

assigned by management as needed

Qualifications and Experience required:



Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, or a relevant field Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the lubricant additives or specialty chemicals sector, or related industries Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills A self-motivated, results-driven attitude with the ability to work both independently and within a team Proven sales track record and a focus on achieving results Proficiency in English (spoken and written); fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, or other languages is an advantage Competence in MS Office applications Preferably 1-3 years of working experience in a related field
