Take full responsibility for
payment collections
, ensuring prompt payment of due and overdue accounts
Manage the entire

sales targets
Prepare
quotations
and conduct timely follow-up with potential clients
Evaluate and enhance sales performance
, utilizing data to drive improvements and meet goals
Perform other

assigned by management as needed
Qualifications and Experience required:
Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, or a relevant field
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the lubricant additives or specialty chemicals sector, or related industries
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
A self-motivated, results-driven attitude with the ability to work both independently and within a team
Proven sales track record and a focus on achieving results
Proficiency in English (spoken and written); fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, or other languages is an advantage
Competence in MS Office applications
Preferably 1-3 years of working experience in a related field
