Since our establishment, Unique Ryoko has successfully organized tours for travelers from Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia, making us a trusted choice for those seeking to explore the beauty of Japan with comfort and peace of mind. Currently, we are open for a Sales Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities :

Promote and sell travel packages, tours, and related services to individual and corporate clients. Provide consultation and travel advice to clients, including itinerary planning, destinations, and packages. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and participate in sales events or roadshows. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company. Stay updated on travel trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications/ Requirements :

Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven sales experience, preferably in travel, tourism, hospitality, or related industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships. Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently to achieve sales goals. Good knowledge of travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel arrangements is an added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Willingness to travel locally or abroad if required.
