Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Sales Executive:
s:
Develop and implement business plans to increase share and sales amount for the assigned customers/team.
Achieve sales target based on assigned customer accounts.
Conduct annual sales target settings and meet achievement.
Leading the sales team and activity of reference design in IC/Semiconductor and Automotive customers.
Develop multi-level business partnership with each assigned account and strive to achieve high level of customer satisfaction within the customer.
Conduct Business Meetings and Customer Visitations.
Business performance review. Support Customers' Technical & Business Enquiries.
Demonstrates initiative in identifying new opportunities and converting them into actual sales.
Support customer design in activities.
Align with internal Product Team to Conduct Sales Promotion activities to prospective and existing customers.
Enhance products and technical knowledge and at the same time builds good rapport with new and existing clients by pro-actively anticipating clients' needs and identifying business solutions to meet those needs.
Co-work with internal stakeholders and external business partners to derive business plan for existing/new markets.
Drive and influence the promotion activity in OEM customers of target market and application through global IC reference design activity.
Undertake other MARCOM and Marketing Support group activities.
Job Requirements:
Min Degree in Electrical & Electronics field is required
Min 2-3 years experience in B2B Sales experience, preferably in IC/Semiconductor industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word
Ability to analyze data, prepare reports and presentation
Willing to relocate to Singapore.

Up to SGD 4,200 + AWS +VB (2 Months)
