Role Description
Building and maintaining client relationships, generating leads, and closing sales to drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities involve developing sales strategies, presenting products or services, negotiating contracts, and using CRM systems to track performance. Success in this role requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage time and work both independently and collaboratively.
Core Responsibilities:
Sales and lead generation:
Identify new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
Client management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Product demonstration and presentation:
Conduct product or service presentations tailored to client needs.
Sales process management:
Negotiate contracts and agreements, and facilitate the completion of the sales process. Maintain accurate client and sales records in a CRM system.
Market analysis:
Research industry trends and market behavior to identify opportunities and inform sales strategies.
Reporting:
Analyze sales performance, generate sales forecasts, and submit reports to management.
Team and cross-functional collaboration:
Work with internal teams (such as marketing and customer support) to ensure a seamless client experience.
Brand representation:
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree or diploma in Engineering is required
Diploma holders with a minimum of 3 years experience are encouraged to apply
Priority will be given to candidates with experience
