Job Description
- Answer phone calls and address inquiries; directing them to relevant staff member
- Build and maintain good relationship with customers and fulfil their needs
- Analyse market conditions and execute strategic plans aligned with business goal
- Deliver marketing campaigns across various digital channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to coordinate marketing plan
- Improve product marketability by capitalizing on market opportunity
- Handle data typing of customer information into computer files or database
- Consistently update sales record and report feedback to manager
- Individual training and career development opportunities
- 5 working days per week
