Job Description


EXPERIENCE: Any degree or diploma background with minimum 2 years in sales experience preferably in food & beverage, manufacturing and production. SKILLS:

  • Proven sales performance.
  • Ability to plan, strategize, prioritize and execute resource/time to achieve maximum results in achieving sales orders.
  • To provide reports to the Management on sales activity periodically.
  • Multi-lingual. Mandarin speaking is mandatory.
PERSONALITY:
  • Outgoing, energetic, professional, respectful of company, colleagues, industry peers and other culture/race/religion.
  • Social person in both casual and formal environment.
Responsibilities
  • Source for new clients in a targeted sections, travel to visit potential clients, maintain and existing relationship with customers, manage and interpret customer requirement, offer after sales support, and administer client accounts.
  • Responsible for the establishment of new business relationships that will lead to revenue generation. This include identifying potential partners, cultivating existing relationships, marketing and managing the sales process to close deals.
  • Responsible for building sales pipeline, presenting to clients and closing clients for Company products.
  • A self starter.
Client Management
  • To generate leads for new clients to match with the products/ services offered by the Group.
  • To diversify client base, and improve sales in existing network of clients.
  • Monitor and record client management database and report to management on a monthly basis.
Sales
  • Prepare and deliver presentations explaining products or services to clients and prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand client requirements and provide sales support.
  • Secure and renew orders.
  • Plan and customize products/ services to meet client needs.
  • Recommend latest products or services to clients.
  • To continuously research and understand new market/product trend & services line up to meet customer demand in accordance with company strategy.
  • Search for and procure new clients beyond regular territories.
  • Manage and interpret client requirements before/ after sales period.
  • To develop and improve on after sales strategy.
  • To analyse market competition.
  • To prepare monthly sales reports to Management.
  • To achieve sales target monthly/annually.
  • To perform pre-sales assistance and product awareness to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaising with other members of the sales team and other internal/ external department (if applicable).
  • To liaise with all relevant department personnel to ensure all invoices / claims are submitted to the client and payment received from client on time.
  • To regularly communicate and update Management on all market news and discuss next course of action to secure more sales and business opportunities.
