Job Description


1. To be responsible exploring and researching on new potential market and business in Packaging and related. 2. To be responsible to achieve the company target and KPI, increasing sales volume as well as annual sales collections as planned by the Manager. 3. To assist Head of Department to plan, strategies and forecast for Packaging business. 4. To set appointment and introduce the Packaging services that the company has to the prospects. 5. To develop and maintain good client relationship. 6. Problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions. 7. To workout the packaging cost and show it to the prospects after the cost estimation is approved by the Chief Executive Officer. 8. To be responsible in providing quality services to the prospects. 9. To always take priority in making sure the finished goods are of client\xe2\x80\x99s demand. To voice out any comment or suggestion by client(s) to the company for further analysis or action 10. To ensure approval of any \xe2\x80\x9cmake ready\xe2\x80\x9d jobs by customer or by Sales Executive him/herself before commencement of any project. 11. To prepare daily Sales report and project the forecast and timeline for next year 12. To ensure invoice is issued after completion of each job and hand it to the customer and Account Department. 13. To work hand in hand with the Production Planning and Scheduling, Purchasing & Material management team. Coordinating the printing project in terms of scheduling of printing, delivery and the use of raw materials. A copy of Job Docket has to be acquired from them as reference. 14. To be responsible in collecting payment from client(s): \xc2\xb7 To ensure that client(s) make(s) payment on time and albeit by the procedure and credit control policy of UPSB. \xc2\xb7 Fully responsible in a contract in the order to make sure payment is made. \xc2\xb7 Helping the credit control department in collecting bad debts. To work hand in hand with all departments and subsidiaries.

Like all success stories, leadership and vision to see beyond played pivotal role in the group. The need for a newspaper that is both neutral and independent in its reporting amidst a curtailed media landscape saw the birth of Sinar Harian in 2006 \xe2\x80\x93 the first state customized national newspaper. With a 38% growth in readership in 2012, Sinar Harian is the fastest growing newspaper in the country. 2018 - Now with Alaf 21 being the number one publisher of novels and Ultimate Print the largest commercial printer, 13 magazine titles, a book division, and with the addition of Sinar Harian, Karangkraf stands tall in the world of publishing in the country.
