Job Description


We are looking for a results-driven Sales Head to lead the sales team for the trucks business. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in leading a team, B2B sales, fleet management, dealership networks, and commercial vehicle sales. This role involves strategic sales planning, business development to drive revenue growth and market expansion.Sales & Leadership

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Lead the sales team nationwide
  • Identify and acquire new clients, fleet operators, dealerships, and government contracts.
  • Expand relationships with existing customers to maximize repeat business and fleet upgrades.
Market Expansion & Strategy
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring sustainable revenue growth.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and product positioning.
Key Account & Dealer Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet operators, leasing companies, distributors, and dealership partners.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and financing solutions in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Provide technical consultation and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Principal Automotive companyLocal leadership position
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Automotive Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, leadership and management preferably in commercial vehicles, automotive, fleet management, or transportation solutions.
  • Proven ability to develop sales strategies, manage key accounts, and negotiate high-value deals.
  • Strong network in commercial fleet sales, dealerships, and B2B markets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
