Cosmo Goodness Sdn Bhd is looking for a highly motivated & self-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals, as well as make meaningful connections with our customers.

Responsibilities

Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Coordinate sales effort among with team members Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends Continuously improve through feedback Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers

Requirements

Understanding of the sales process and dynamics. A commitment to excellent customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
