COMPANY OVERVIEWA multinational manufacturing company is looking for a junior talents of 2 to 3 years of experience with skills in administration, in which you will play in a crucial role of assisting paperwork for the project team, including sales report, clerical matters and other administration ad hoc tasks assigned by the project manager.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESAssisting in preparing administrative and paperwork report including purchase order, payment voucher, invoice request, inventory reports and other administrative tasks related to the project/sales.Assisting with the project team /sales team on HR administrative paperwork, including staff claim, sick leave record, attendance record, and collecting punch card.Perform other ad hoc accounting tasks as assigned by manager.JOB REQUIREMENTSProficient in Mandarin and English, which is essential in email communication.Has relevant working experience administration, able to handle bulk paperwork, urgent ad hoc tasks, and timely data entry. * Must have own transportation and be willing to travel to the office location in Petaling Jaya.
