Job Description


The Sales and HR Administrator will provide administrative support to the sales and HR team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, efficient communication, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities



Sales & Marketing



Assist the sales team in preparing and processing sales orders, quotations, and invoices. Manage customer inquiries and provide timely follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and CRM systems. Picklist items according to PO / Invoice and ensure proper record of inventory. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, accounts) to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Monitor sales targets and generate reports for management review. Support sales team with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Handle product inquiries, pricing, and availability with a good understanding of the company's offerings.

Human Resources (HR)



Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding. Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files. Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR-related documentation. Process monthly payroll and allowances (including riders/drivers if applicable). Track attendance, leave, overtime, and performance records. Support employee engagement activities and internal communications. Handle HR enquiries professionally and maintain confidentiality. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and safety requirements.

Requirements



Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Basic knowledge of accounts systems, warehouse management systems and procedures. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

Continuous Improvement:



Liaise with superiors to suggest improvements in the customer success, system, or workflow to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
