Responsibilities
Our Sales Compensation team is looking for an Incentive Pay Analyst to collaborate on supporting the execution and optimization of incentive compensation processes. This position involves analyzing incentive data, ensuring accurate and timely payouts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with policies and regulations. The incentive Pay Analyst provides actionable insights to stakeholders and supports the continuous improvement of incentive programs.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of incentive metrics, systems, and processes. The Incentive Pay Analyst contributes to the success of the organization by ensuring that incentive compensation aligns with business objectives and motivates employees effectively.
Responsibilities

  • Administer and analyze sales incentive compensation plans.
  • Calculate and validate sales commissions and bonuses for accuracy.
  • Provide reporting and insights on incentive performance and payout trends.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and HR teams to optimize compensation models.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Support plan design changes and assist in compensation strategy reviews.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales compensation, financial analysis, or related roles.
  • Prior experience in a corporate sales operations, finance, or HR compensation role is preferred.
Skills & Knowledge
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in data analysis, validation and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and other analytical tools.
  • Familiarity with sales compensation software (e.g., Xactly, CallidusCloud, Anaplan, Varicent) is a plus.
  • Understanding of sales compensation structures, including commission plans, bonuses, and SPIFFs.
  • Ability to interpret and apply compensation policies, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in sales operations, finance, or related fields is a plus
