Why does this job exist and why is it critical?\xe2\x80\x8bAs an Incentive Program Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our sales incentive programs. Your primary responsibilities include administering program logistics, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing essential support to the sales team.You\'ll maintain comprehensive program documentation, handle inquiries, and facilitate communication with stakeholders. Additionally, you\'ll collaborate cross-functionally to align incentives with business goals, contribute to program enhancements, and monitor activities for ethical standards and compliance.What are you accountable for?
  • Assist in the administration of the sales incentive program, including managing participants enrolments, facilitating sales target setting and communicating incentive program details to the sales team.
  • Ensure compliance with established policies and guidelines for incentive program, including criteria, performance metrics and payout structures, while also monitoring for any potential violations of discrepancies.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of incentive program framework and guidelines including sales CRM guidelines.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to sales team members regarding incentive program inquiries, clarifications, and issue resolution.
  • Participate in ongoing reviews and evaluations of incentive program effectiveness, contributing idea for enhancements, process improvements and policy update to optimise program outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, HR and Analytics & Performance to ensure alignment of incentive programs, resolve any issues and address compliance requirements.
  • Assist in monitoring and auditing incentive program activities to ensure adherence to company policies and ethical standards, while also identifying and addressing any potential risk or discrepancies.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
What do you need for the role?
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Sales Management, or a related field.
  • Internship or work experience in sales administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • Experience with incentive programs, sales targets, or performance metrics is a plus.
  • Analytical skills to review and evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Attention to detail to ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.
  • Problem-solving skills for issue resolution and process improvement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Sales, HR, and Analytics & Performance.
  • Understanding of ethical standards and company policies to monitor and audit incentive program activities.
  • A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and best practices.
