Requirements

• Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written) to communicate with customers.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• Strong interest in interior design, home decor, and customer consultation.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / basic design software is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and understand their renovation/design needs.
• Provide consultation, propose design concepts, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and sales proposals for clients.
• Coordinate with designers and project teams to follow up on client requirements.
• Maintain strong customer relationships before and after sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Stay updated with interior design trends, materials, and products.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
