We're thrilled to announce the opening for Sales Intern for HORECA channel in our Moet Hennessy Malaysia office.


The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to gain valuable insights into our industry and business operations, applying your academic knowledge and developing new skills. We are looking for

a 6-month intern who can commit to a full-time schedule, five days a week

, starting the first week of JANUARY 2026 .


Job responsibilities



How you will contribute...



Order Management + Key in direct supply orders on a daily basis with high accuracy and timeliness.
Activation Tracker & Coordination + Maintain the activation tracker for the sales team.
+ Coordinate closely with the Marketing team to support the execution of brand activations, including logistics, timelines, and post-activation reports.
Weekly Meeting Support + Prepare and distribute weekly meeting minutes, ensuring accurate capture of discussions, follow-ups, and timelines.
Contract & FIP Creation + Assist in the drafting and processing of contracts and Fixed Investment Proposals (FIPs) for trade and event collaborations.
Pricing Form Generation + Create customized pricing forms for direct supply accounts based on commercial requirements.
Contract Claim Submission + Gather necessary documentation and assist in timely submission of contract claims.
Free Goods Tracking & Application + Track and support the application process for complimentary bottles, ensuring compliance and accountability.

What will you learn...



Commercial and Trade Execution Skills: Understand how to translate brand strategies into real-world trade activations, promotions, and visibility within key HoReCa accounts. Learn how to support outlet-level implementation and evaluate success metrics. Customer Relationship Management: Gain hands-on experience in managing and nurturing relationships with hotel and restaurant partners. Learn how to communicate professionally, understand client needs, and contribute to long-term partnerships. Operational Excellence: Learn to handle back-end processes including order key-ins, contract drafting, pricing forms, inventory tracking, and activation reporting. Develop attention to detail and efficiency in supporting sales and marketing operations. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Team Dynamics: Experience working with marketing, sales, and finance teams to coordinate events, activations, and client deliverables. Learn to contribute proactively to weekly meetings and support internal communication and alignment.

Are an undergraduate with a background in a Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Are passionate, proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Possess excellent communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Have the ability to work in a dynamic environment and organize time/projects/processes efficiently. Are self-driven, meticulous and a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Have a keen interest in pursuing a career in in marketing, sales operations, and premium brand management.
