Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain mid-sized enterprise accounts and achieve company sales targets.
Manage the sales process, from lead generation and needs analysis to contract signing.
Work closely with the Pre-Sales and Customer Success teams to enhance the customer experience.
Conduct market research, analyze competitors and customer needs, and develop sales strategies.
Regularly report sales progress and accurately forecast sales performance.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the SaaS/tech industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Fluent English, comfortable communicating with international clients.
Results-oriented, with a strong sense of purpose and the ability to withstand pressure.
