Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics to management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.
Develop and manage the sales budget, including expenses and revenue forecasts.
Allocate resources effectively to maximize sales team productivity.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors.
Ensure the sales team has a deep understanding of the company's products or services.
