1.Minimum Diploma in Business, Logistics, or related fields
2.Good communication and organization skills
3.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
4.Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
5.Experience in logistics or customer coordination is an advantage
Tanggungjawab
1.Strong cross-department communication and coordination abilities.
2.Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes ("order-to-cash" and "procure-to-pay").
3.Skilled in problem-solving, both administrative and operational.
4.Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel for analysis and reporting.
5.Customer-focused and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
6.Proficient in CRM, ERP (SAP/Oracle), WMS, and TMS systems.
