Job Description
A Sales Manager will be responsible for sales and marketing activities of chemical fertisersfertisers to customers within the plantation industry in Malaysia.
- In charge of the company's sales and marketing strategies for chemical fertilisers and crop protection.
- Generate new leads and manage key customers from the plantation industry.
- Monitor sales performance in order to meet company's target and overall company profit.
- Responsible for the sales target and credit control.
- Oversee and manage the team in respective region.
- Conduct market research and gather market information to propose strategies
- Resolving complaints /disputes on shortweightshortweight & off-specification by customers
- Monitor the quality of stock and productions in warehouse
- Possess a Degree in Agricultural Science or related field.
- At least 8 years of working experience in sales for agriculture / fertiliser / crop protection or other related products.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with leadership qualities
- Strong analyticalanalytical, quantitative & problem solving skills
