Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Sales Strategy & Planning



Design and roll out yearly sales strategies in line with company direction. Monitor industry developments to spot new market opportunities. Define sales goals and establish clear KPIs for the sales team.

Team Leadership & Management



Supervise, mentor, and empower the sales team to meet targets. Carry out performance reviews and provide ongoing guidance. Organize sales territories and assign customer portfolios effectively.

Business Development & Customer Relations



Sustain strong engagement with existing clients to encourage loyalty. Oversee every stage of the sales pipeline, from lead generation to final negotiation. Resolve customer issues efficiently to uphold excellent service standards.

Reporting & Analysis



Compile periodic sales reports for management insights. Evaluate sales trends to identify areas for improvement and growth. Manage department budgets and prepare reliable sales forecasts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration



Collaborate with marketing to support campaign execution and brand positioning. Coordinate with logistics and finance to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

Sales manager: 3 years (Required)
Work Location: In person
