Business Development & Customer Relations
Sustain strong engagement with existing clients to encourage loyalty.
Oversee every stage of the sales pipeline, from lead generation to final negotiation.
Resolve customer issues efficiently to uphold excellent service standards.
Reporting & Analysis
Compile periodic sales reports for management insights.
Evaluate sales trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Manage department budgets and prepare reliable sales forecasts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with marketing to support campaign execution and brand positioning.
Coordinate with logistics and finance to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.
