Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in domestic and international markets.

Team Leadership:

Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Business Development:

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, converting leads into long-term partnerships.

Key Account Management:

Strengthen and manage relationships with retailers, distributors, and export partners.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and product launches.

Sales Reporting:

Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance analysis, and insights to management for continuous improvement.
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 5-8 years of sales experience, preferably within FMCG, spices, or food ingredients industry. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with experience managing a sales team. Knowledge of FMCG/spices industry trends and export logistics will be an advantage. Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
