To formulate, implement, analyze, review sales and marketing plans, strategize, and propose new strategies for existing and new customers. To ensure a smooth organization of sales activities and sales target is achieved. To develop marketing and promotional items to attract the correct market segment. To participate in strategic and tactical planning and implementation of the business plan, and to manage the activities for achieving the company\'s sales target. To develop and maintain good relationships with customers and constant emphasis on customer service and seek feedback for improvement. To prepare marketing reports and post-sales analysis. Responsible for daily operations and tactical planning.
