Position Title SALES MANAGER (BASED PENANG)
Industry General and Wholesale Trading
\xe2\x80\xa2 Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company\'s customer base and ensure it\'s strong presence
- Sales team objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives result
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Location Penang
Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma / Degree preferably in Mechanical / Industrial / Precision Engineering
- Has strong business sense and industry expertise in Factory Automation/ Semiconductor/ Machine Builder Industries
- 5 to 8 years of relevant B2B sales experience
- Proven track record in industrial sales
- Possess drive and energy to achieve sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Advanced MS Excell skill (Pivot, V-lookup, etc)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Possess own transport
- Travelling within Malaysia is required
