We are looking for a highly driven and experienced

Sales Manager

to lead our automotive sales team and grow our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, proven leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset to drive revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets for new and used vehicles, parts, or services. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team performance goals. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, corporate clients, and partners. Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, customer engagement, deal closing, and after-sales service for each branch. Coordinate with marketing and product teams to plan promotions, launches, and campaigns. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the automotive sector Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
