Main Tasks: . You will develop a go-to-market strategy and possible scaling capabilities . You will establish, evaluate and deploy an Online Sales strategy . You will advance business goals and complex ecosystem dynamics . You will drive omni channel opportunities to achieve a balanced growth . You will develop, build and foster effective long- term relationships with customers . You will analyze sales performance, foster campaigns and marketing programs . You will introduce new products into the market . You will collaborate with central functions (Finance, Product Management, Customer Service, etc.) to ensure successful cooperation and accomplishment of mutual goals . You will represent Bicycle Tires in local, national and regional trade show events and activities Qualifications Education: Academic degree in business administration, marketing, commercial or comparable qualification Experience: Work experience in sporting, ideally bicycle goods industry. Experience in Online Sales and B2B Business Language Skills: Fluent in English and additional regional language is added advantage Competencies: . Strong customer focus attitude .
