to lead our Sales & Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth across rooms, events, and other hotel services, developing strong client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue goals.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with corporate, government, and leisure clients.
Lead and supervise the sales team through coaching, performance tracking, and training.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
Plan and execute marketing promotions, digital campaigns, and hotel participation in fairs and exhibitions.
Manage reporting, business reviews, and strategic sales planning.
Lead CSR initiatives and ensure compliance with brand and industry standards.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hotel industry.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build client relationships.
Positive attitude, proactive, and results-driven.
