Responsibilities: Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets Identify areas of opportunity and developing sales strategies decisions to improve sales performance Strong understanding of the market and industry trend to identify business opportunity. To develop sales strategies decisions to improve sales performance Analyzing performance data to measure the success of business development activities and reporting weekly sales forecast to HOS To achieved personal target and team target Managing the sales team To manage and motivate sales person consistent to performance and providing training, coaching and support to ensure the team they meet or exceed their sales target To conduct Weekly sales meeting with the team To ensure the sales person aligned with company goals and objectives To ensure the team member consistently to achieve the sales target Tracking sales activities such as calls and appointments by the team To identify the sales lead, create by sales team and ensure to close it within timeline To ensure sales team keep sales pipelines up-to-date Build effective working relationship with internal and external stakeholders Work closely with Business Development and Marketing team to carry out any campaigns smoothly Requirements: A minimum of Bachelor\'s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or other related field At least 3-4 years of experience in a Sales environment as Business Development Role Familiar with out bound sales environment, field sales and/or face-to-face selling Hand- on experience on filed sales techniques Willing to adapt in a fast-paced environment Strong communications skills Good presentation skills PropertyGuru Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive, innovative an learning environment with the best employees.
