Responsibilities: This is achieved through increased market penetration and active representation of the PropertyGuru brand by the Business Development Team. To actively focus on increasing the number of new sign ups of Real Estate Agents subscribing. Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets Identify areas of opportunity and developing sales strategies decisions to improve sales performance Strong understanding of the market and industry trend to identify business opportunity. To develop sales strategies decisions to improve sales performance Analysing performance data to measure the success of business development activities and reporting weekly sales forecast to HOS To achieved personal target and team target To manage and motivate sales person consistent to performance and providing training, coaching and support to ensurethe team they meet or exceed their sales target To conduct Weekly sales meeting with the team To ensure the sales person aligned with company goals and objectives To ensure the team member consistently to achieve the sales target Tracking sales activities such as calls and appointments by the team To identify the sales lead, create by sales team and ensure to close it within timelin To ensure sales team keep sales pipelines up-to-date Build effective working relationship with internal and external stakeholders Work closely with Business Development and Marketing team to carry out any campaigns smoothly Requirements: A minimum of Bachelor\'s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or other related field At least 3-4 years of experience in a Sales environment as Business Development Role Familiar with out bound sales environment, field sales and/or face-to-face selling Hand- on experience on filed sales techniques Willing to adapt in a fast-paced environment Strong communications skills Good presentation skills Good leadership Able to converse in English Face-to-face selling techniques Field sales techniques PropertyGuruGroup is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive, innovative an learningenvironmentwith the best employees.
