1.? ?Responsible for overseeing the sales team and ensuring that they meet or exceed the dealership's sales targets.

2.? ?Accountable for planning, strategizing and overseeing all sales activities of the company and managing the sales team.

3.? ?Providing exceptional customer service is crucial in the automotive industry. Ensure that customers receive a positive experience during their visit to the showroom includes addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring that the sales team delivers excellent service.

4.? ?Responsible for training and developing the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

5.? ?Strength in problem solving and customers complains fulfillment, issue resolution, and ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment.
