About the job Sales Manager (Construction / Design to International Market) About The Company Our client is a multinational company integrating architectural design, R&D, manufacturing, and trading. They have extensive experience and expertise in architectural design and engineering projects, especially in compact smart house design. Job Purpose The role will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. Your role is pivotal in aligning sales and marketing efforts, identifying market opportunities, and creating actionable plans to effectively promote products or services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and sales enablement programs covering North America, European and Oceania regions. Job Responsibilities Sales Strategy: Develop comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company\'s overall objectives and market trends. Identify key target markets, customer segments, and competitive advantages to drive revenue growth. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors. Utilize data-driven insights to formulate effective sales approaches. Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools, resources, and training to maximize their effectiveness. Ensure sales representatives have a deep understanding of the marketing strategies and are equipped to convert leads into customers. Sales Process: Identify potential partnerships and alliances that can enhance the company\'s market reach and sales capabilities. Develop and manage sales process flow to drive mutual growth. Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement. Present reports and insights to the sales leadership team. Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with the sales team and finance department to create accurate sales forecasts and budget projections based on market trends and historical data. Statutory Requirements: Ensuring the implementation of legislation, company standards and procedures are followed. Others: Any other responsibilities that are assigned by the superior. Job Requirements Excellent spoken and written English. Business writing skills a good addition. Experiences in high value products and service industry will be helpful. An in-depth knowledge of the USA and European regions is a prerequisite. Excellent communication & management skills. Must be ordered and systematic in work. Good people skills. Excellent customer service ethics. Good time management and planning skills. Possess at least a Diploma/Degree or equivalent. At least 7 years of working experience in the related field for this position. Able to work on shifts on certain period due to time zone differences.
