Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Business Development & Networking

Build and expand professional connections through both online and offline channels. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients, partners, and existing accounts to drive sustainable growth. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to enhance BetAlly's market visibility. Lead proactive outreach initiatives, including sales campaigns and direct client engagement, to attract and convert new leads. Engage with prospects and partners in various social or informal settings (coffee chats, business dinners, or networking meetups) to strengthen relationships.

2. Sales Strategy & Execution

Take charge of sales operations across digital and traditional platforms. Design and implement effective outreach strategies to generate and convert opportunities. Oversee the planning and successful execution of sales campaigns, product launches, and company events. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and impactful delivery of all sales and marketing initiatives.

3. Team Leadership & Performance Management

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to meet and exceed KPIs. Regularly review performance metrics and provide coaching, feedback, and direction to ensure continuous improvement. Define clear sales objectives, track performance, and deliver periodic reports to management. Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and accountability-driven team culture.

4. Client Relationship Management

Ensure every client interaction aligns with BetAlly's values and professional standards. Cultivate trust-based partnerships that promote client loyalty and long-term collaboration. Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, negotiations, and strategic client discussions.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in

sales management

, ideally within the

iGaming, betting, or online entertainment

sectors. Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and monitor sales KPIs effectively. Willingness to attend industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings (both formal and casual). Capable of balancing

strategic vision

with

hands-on execution

in a fast-paced environment.
