Promote and sell high-end residential and commercial properties.
Understand and analyze different client groups (first-time buyers, homeowners, investors) and provide tailored solutions.
Stay updated with real estate market trends, policies, sales processes, loan requirements, and taxation matters.
Present and highlight project selling points, pricing strategies, and competitive property analysis.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking and referrals.
Negotiate and close sales effectively to achieve company targets.
Job Requirements:
Must be able to
speak Chinese
(Mandarin/Cantonese), Bahasa Malaysia, and basic English.
Minimum 3-5 years of real estate sales experience (high-end residential or commercial preferred).
Proven sales record with successful deal closures.
Strong knowledge of real estate market, regulations, and transaction procedures.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Able to work under pressure with strong execution and result-oriented mindset.
Valid
REN (Real Estate Negotiator)
or
REA (Real Estate Agent)
license.
Established network and ability to build a high-net-worth client base.
Professional, presentable, and trustworthy image.
