Sales Manager (freight Forwarding)

Job Description

The Sales Manager - Freight Forwarding is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new business, managing key customer accounts, and promoting air, sea, and road freight solutions. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, executing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions.
Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and volume targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding (air, sea, road)
  • Generate leads through market research, networking, and direct sales activities
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service presentations to customers
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements in line with company guidelines
Client & Account Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic customers
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer escalations and commercial discussions
  • Understand customer supply chain needs and propose customized logistics solutions
  • Conduct regular business reviews to strengthen long-term partnerships
